 The SwiftRadius approach to Project Management is consistent with the processes contained in the Project Management Institutes (PMI) standard called Project Management Body of Knowledge™ (PMBOK) but refines these processes specifically for information technology projects. These processes provide consistency with which our Project Managers successfully lead projects to a timely completion with successful results and within budget: a result of careful planning and rigorous control from start to finish.
