SwiftRadius and Scythe Corp. merge to form Regional IT Consulting Firm

Charlottetown, PEI, February 5th, 2008 ~ SwiftRadius and Scythe Corp. announced today that they have merged, with the combined companies operating under the SwiftRadius brand. The result is a dynamic regional IT consulting firm serving clients in Atlantic Canada and beyond. The combined entity offers high quality services to a wide variety of public and private sector clients from offices in Fredericton, NB, Charlottetown PEI, and Saint John, NB.

As a part of the amalgamation, Charlottetown businessmen Shaun MacIsaac and Everett Roche join the SwiftRadius Board of Directors. “We are very fortunate to have professionals of this caliber involved in formulating and executing our strategy. SwiftRadius will continue to expand its Charlottetown presence within the state of the art Atlantic Technology Center.
