SwiftRadius Acquires Stake in Scythe Corp.

Charlottetown, PEI, July 25th, 2007 ~ SwiftRadius announced today that it has acquired an ownership position in Scythe Corp. a leading IT services provider based in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Since its establishment Scythe Corp. has been owned and operated by MRSB Group. The company has a strong and growing presence in PEI and has provided high quality services to a wide variety of private sector, institutional/educational organizations as well as government clients.

The partners of MRSB Group are extremely pleased to welcome SwiftRadius as partners in Scythe Corp. The new combined ownership team is currently developing plans for expanding Scythe Corp. business operations. SwiftRadius and Scythe have previously partnered on a number of initiatives within Prince Edward Island and throughout Atlantic Canada, and the joint venture approach was a logical progression to further strengthen service delivery within the region.

The principals of SwiftRadius are thrilled to take an active role in Scythe Corp., and to work together with MRSB to continue to deliver a strong suite of services locally in Prince Edward Island. The Scythe team of skilled professionals also allows the combined group to pursue new opportunities throughout Atlantic Canada and beyond.
