ERP Implementation

SwiftRadius understands that an ERP implementation involves transformation of the people, process and technology of core business processes. An extensive study of as-is business process support including related technology is an important component of a design phase. From there a project can proceed to defining to-be business process support including required solution architecture, program management activities, to-be business process, people impacts, and the required training and change management activities. Once a design phase has been completed, execution focuses on configuration and customization of the solution to fit the to-be processes. Core integrations are designed in detail and built, and verification of business process support begins. After a production cutover, a post-production support phase is set up to ensure that the business case is realized and that change management activities were successful.
